About Tenille

Tenille is a passionate climber for many years, and after graduating in 2022 with a diploma in Remedial Massage therapy, she wanted to give back to the climbing community.

Tenille has an extensive range of experience treating a variety of clients, including climbers, powerlifters, cross-fitters, elite athletes, runners, tradies, desk workers, dancers and more

Tenille loves treating people from all walks of life and specialises in treating climbers; being a climber herself she is able to really relate to her clients. Tenille offers treatment plans tailored to climbers’ needs and understands the demands of the sport.

Tenille uses various techniques, including deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, active release, stretching, myofascial release and cupping. As well as strength and conditioning exercises to speed your recovery and increase your performance.

Tenille offers Sports and Remedial massage with a firm to very firm pressure.
